Brigid Devotional Candle

Goddess Brigid is one of the most prominent deities in Celtic mythology. Known as "The Exalted One," she is a multifaceted matron figure representing a goddess of Fire: the hearth (home and healing), inspiration (poetry), and the forge (metalworking).

Her primary holiday is Imbolc, celebrated on February 1st. It signifies the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, representing the return of the sun, fertility, and new life.

This 16 oz (7-day) jar candle is made of unscented white wax in a parrafin/vegetable blend, and is adorned with a beautiful original image of the Goddess Brigid.
