WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 3 weeks, but large orders or orders placed around the holidays could take longer. Due to the nature of my shop, many of the items are made to order and ritual oils and incense items require creation during a particular moon phase to be charged with the lunar energy, or crafted on the appropriate day of the week or planetary hour. Each item is handcrafted, blessed, and charged with vital energy and focused intent for it's specific purpose.
I am merely one witch, who also has a full time day job running my storefront, and kids! I make each item to order, work on purchases in the order they are received, and receive several orders daily, so your patience is much appreciated!
Due to high demand, and many of my items requiring the energy of certain planetary days or moon cycle to create properly, some orders take longer than others, but please, per shop policy, allow at least 3 weeks to make and process your order, before it’s shipped.
WHAT IS HOLIDAY TURNAROUND TIME?
The cutoff date for placing orders and have it DELIVERED BY CHRISTMAS is Dec. 15th. Our online shop takes a break until after Jan. 1st, so no orders will be guaranteed to be fulfilled between 12/15-1/1
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
Payment is due upon purchase and can be made via Shopify Payments (which accepts most major credit cards), or PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / REFUND POLICY?
Due to the nature of the products and services, all sales are final.
If your item happens to be damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damaged item and I will do my best to replace it or otherwise make it right.
