The Grey Lady of Scotland is thought by many to be the spirit of Lady Janet Douglas, burned at the stake as a witch in 1537 on charges of plotting to poison the King. To this day in the family chapel at Glamis Castle, there is always an empty seat that is reserved for the Grey Lady We've crafted this tea, which is not only grey in color, but is a bold Scottish breakfast black tea with delicate layers of apricot, pea flower, calendula, and vanilla.
